Canavans Hotel - Garvaghy

Really good hospitality from the staff made me feel welcomed.

The shower head was broken, causing water to spray awkwardly.

Travelled with my granddaughter, spent 1 night here and had a really great stay. Got bright and absolutely fabulous room with table and chairs, nice beds, as for instance - always come in handy. The location was magnificent - close to restaurant, a shop which came in rather useful and Dublin airport.

There were extremely comfy beds and central heating and an iron in the double room.

the staff were so friendly and cute, making me feel right at home as I explored the good nearby parks and landmarks just a few steps away from the hotel, perfect for a weekend traveler like me.

The staff ensured my daughter felt special on her birthday with thoughtful surprises, made her day lovely. Food options were delicious, especially the desserts.

My children wanted more activities for kids.

The staff were super friendly n cute. Room was pretty spacious even if it was a bit musky at first but was clean overall. Loved that i could park right by the door, made it so easy. The food in the restaurant was amazin, really did enjoy every bite. Plus, breakfast was made to order, such a nice touch.

The room smelled a bit funny, and it could use some fresh air. It was a little noisy at night from people outside.

Had a blast with my friends! We spent hours playing on the pool table and enjoying the games machines. The large screens showing all the games really created a fun vibe. Perfect for sport lovers and those looking for entertainment!

I did notice the beds weren't the most comfortable. It kept us from getting a good night's sleep.

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay, especially the lovely decor in the dining area and the delicious food. I also appreciated the spacious Family Room and good shower pressure. Would definitely return!

Perfect bday surprise for my granddaughter!

The room was huge, perfect for us three. We were there for my granddaughter's 6th bday, and they seriously went all out! Balloons everywhere and even a candle on her cake. Plus, the food was super tasty, especially brekkie! Only wished they had more drink options in the bar, but that's minor.

The double room was comfy and quiet, with a large free car park. Loved the warm decor and spacious ambiance throughout.

Lovely friendly staff, delicious meals.

This place is a solid selection for a mini-vacation in Garvaghy with decent value for money. The prawn cocktail was pretty good, but the Caesar salad was over-dressed and lacked croutons. If you're looking for something light, try the starters instead of the main courses.

The friendly service made a world of difference, especially when they offered a sandwich and fruit for my early departure. The carpark right next to the room was very convenient.

I enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere and the warm, cute decor throughout Canavans. The spacious dining and common areas, as well as the easy accessibility.

Amazing hotel with its great service, wi-fi, and 24-hour security. I still remember how the friendly staff helped me recover my forgotten belongings during my first stay. I highly recommend visiting for a cozy experience. I'm coming back for Easter!
